On average, we send no more than 2 resumes per opening. Of the resumes sent, over 75% of candidates are interviewed, and over 90% of our candidates interviewed are offered a job.
We do not believe our job is done once a consultant is placed. Green Apple remains in communication with both our clients and consultants after a position is filled ensuring both parties are satisfied with the arrangement.
