Our Process
At Green Apple, we understand the importance of finding the right match for both the employer and the consultant. When searching for that perfect match there are many factors we take into consideration. Of course, the fit of the consultant’s skills with the specific technical requirements of the position is critical. However, how the consultant’s personality fits with the hiring company’s environment, the pay rate, the team size and location are among other aspects that are key to the match-making process. Getting to know our consultants is the first step in the process.
To ensure your resume does not end up in the “black hole” on a hiring manager’s desk, we have a comprehensive pre-screening process to ensure we find the right candidate for a specific opening. We pride ourselves on only submitting one-two qualified resumes for each position versus the industry standard of 10-15 resumes. We know your time is valuable and will not waste it with interviews that don’t have a high potential. Three out of every four resumes we send to our clients receives an interview and approximately 80 percent of those interviewed receive an offer.
